Trial workspaces can open a private shared Slack channel with Aten Security engineers from Settings in the Thoth dashboard. Your Slack administrator may need to approve the connection. If Slack is not available to you, email support instead.
Include enough context to find the problem.
Tell us your organization, the agent ID, which step failed, and approximately when it happened, including your time zone. Include the SDK or tool version, the error text, and any correlation ID. Do not send API keys, hold tokens, passwords, personal data, or private tool arguments.
